Eligible Preceptors are primary care APRN, MD, DO, PH with an active licensed in Hawaiʻi who precept primary care students enrolled in in-state APRN, MD, DO, PH programs, or MD/DO residencies or fellowships.
In order to receive a tax credit, a provider must have registered in the tax program and completed the self-attestation within the eligible tax-year or any prior year.
